20 Years of Easter Joy at The Salvation Army Youth Center!
This year marked a beautiful milestone—the 20th anniversary of our beloved Annual Easter Eggstravaganza for The Salvation Army Red Shield Youth Centers! What began as a small celebration two decades ago has blossomed into a treasured tradition filled with laughter, love, and lasting memories.
Hosted by the amazing Ms. Judi & Mr. Mike and the Salvation Army Woman’s Auxiliary, this year’s Easter celebration was bursting with fun! Children spent the day hunting for eggs, enjoying face painting, activity stations, hayrides, and delicious healthy food and snacks. Every activity was designed with care to bring joy, community, and meaning to our youth.
But the heart of the day came when Ms. Judi shared a touching Easter message reminding us all of the powerful truth that Christ died, rose again, and offers us new life and transformation. It was a beautiful reminder of the hope and renewal that Easter brings.
This year’s event had an extra surprise it was Ms. Frances’ birthday! The kids sang, celebrated, and presented her with a stunning bouquet of flowers to honor her unwavering love and dedication to the youth. It was a truly unforgettable moment that added even more warmth to an already special day.
