Senior Adults

**Due to COVID-19 and CDC recommendations, our senior programs have been postponed until further notice.

Studies have revealed that senior adults ages 50 to 60 who are socially active have slower rates of declining memories. With that in mind and to combat the loneliness and loss of independence that often accompany old age, seniors gather at our center three times a week to socialize.

Our seniors take part in activities such as arts and crafts, health and fitness, bible study, bingo, educational opportunities, movie day, guest speakers, and even day trips.  They also enjoy a delicious lunch while empowering themselves to learn, laugh, and thrive among like-minded friends.

Join us every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM – 12 Noon.
