Do you have a valid picture ID?
Complete a Pre-Intake Application by calling our facility at 251.471.0029
Have a valid TB Test
Call 251.471.0029 for process completion confirmation and intake prior to traveling to the center.

*Both women and men with children are welcome.

Birth Certificates
Social Security Cards
Proof of Income including:
– Food Assistance
– TANIF
– Disability
– Child Support
