Our team of certified counselors utilizes evidence based models of therapy to address the mental, emotional, social, and physical impairments common with substance use disorders.

Admissions Criteria:

  • All applicants must:
    • Be age 19 or older.
    • Complete a substance use screening and placement assessment identifying a substance use disorder.
  • Priority treatment services are given to:
    • Pregnant individuals with intravenous (IV) substance use disorders.
    • Pregnant individuals with substance use disorders.
    • All other individuals with IV substance use disorders.
    • Women with substance use disorders and dependent children.
    • HIV + individuals with substance use disorders.
    • All other individuals with substance use disorders.

Levels of Care:

  • Level III.3
    • Clinically Managed Medium Intensity Residential Treatment where participants are provided intense and comprehensive treatment sessions. This program is for males only who are having difficulty maintaining alcohol/drug abstinence in their home environment and managing basic living skills.
  • Level III.1
    • Clinically Managed Low Intensity Residential Treatment where participants are provided lower frequency of comprehensive treatment sessions. This program can be a step-down program from a more intensive program or provide the needed environment for stability.
  • Level III.01
    • Transitional Residential Treatment assists in the reintegration of its participants into society. This halfway house styled program is designed for men who have completed a more intensive treatment program and are receiving aftercare services. Case management and peer services assist clients with pursuing an independent lifestyle of recovery.
  • Level I
    • Outpatient Treatment Program (OP) offers less than 8 hours of treatment services weekly to provide a step down level of care and assist clients in committing to treatment and change.
