• No one should ever grow old alone

We welcome our older adults with open arms and work to stimulate their minds and bodies via countless “young at heart” activities.

Senior Adults

Studies revealed that senior adults ages 50 to 60 who were socially active had slower rates of declining memories. With that in mind and to help combat the loneliness and loss of independence that often accompany old age, seniors gather at our center to socialize.

Seniors have fun by taking part in activities such as arts and crafts, health and fitness, bible study, bingo, educational opportunities, movie day, guest speakers, and even day trips while empowering themselves to learn, laugh, and thrive among like-minded friends.

Join us every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM – 12 Noon.
