2012 Red Kettle Campaign
The Red Kettle Campaign is The Salvation Army’s largest annual fundraiser with proceeds used to provide programs and services throughout the year.
Kettles are located at 45 area businesses throughout the greater Jackson area. It takes an army of volunteers – more than 800 this past Christmas – to man the red kettles. It’s a fun activity for the family, a church or civic group or for an individual, and we know that you’ll be blessed by the experience. The Red Kettle Campaign runs from Thanksgiving week-end through Christmas Eve. Sounds like fun?
When you pass one of our kettle workers, please don’t pass them by. Instead, wish them a Merry Christmas, thank them for their service, and by all means, drop some money into the kettles. Remember that “when you make a donation, you can expect change”.
The 2012 Red Kettle Campaign will kick off on November 12th at the North Park Mall and run through Christmas Eve. Help us reach our goal of $500,000 by volunteering to ring the bell. For additional information on kettles or to volunteer your group you can
