DAILY FEEDING PROGRAM FOR THE NEEDY
The Greenville Salvation Army feeds the needy in our area at 502 North Broadway, Greenville, MS, 38701. We do this every Monday, Wednesday & Thursday. We have our devotional at 11:00 AM, and begin feeding at 11:30 AM. All are welcome to come have a hot meal and good fellowship.
WEEKLY FEEDING PROGRAM IN LELAND, MISSISSIPPI
Hunger, by far, is our biggest need in the Delta. We facilitate a weekly feeding program every Wednesdays at 12:00 noon at The Buster Morlino Community Center, 4168 Old Hwy 61 in Leland.
This is more than just basketball. It is for men 15-up to come out and play competitive basketball and provide mentorship for school age boys. We meet Tuesdays at 6:00 PM and Fridays at 5:30 PM.
YOUNG WOMEN WITH GODLY PURPOSE
This is for young women 15-up. It is a support group for young mothers. We address all the issues in our inner city that young women struggle with. It is designed to help young women get out of generational poverty. Meets Thursdays at 5:30 PM.
Community Care Ministries is designed to effectively carry out Christ’s commission to care to those in need. There are no limits to show compassionate, transformational care; it is simply people caring for one another in very practical ways. Meets Tuesdays at 10:00 AM.
The James Club is an addiction support group. We meet every Thursday at 7:00 PM.
MEN’S & WOMEN’S MINISTRIES
Our men’s & women’s groups meet Tuesdays at 6:30 PM.
Our youth character building programs meet Wednesdays at 5:30 PM.
